Why We Invited This Guest: 30 Seconds to Earn the Listen
M

We at Mopwna Cling help you increase your online presence 10x

Your guest is great. You know that. Your audience doesn't.

That's the job of this short host vlog. Twenty to thirty seconds. One clear answer to one question: "Isko kyun sunna chahiye?"

Start with the journey, not the title. "He's a founder" tells people nothing. "He quit a stable job, lost money twice, and still came back" makes them lean in. Titles describe. Journeys pull.

Pick one moment. Don't try to cover their whole life. Choose the one turning point that made you say, "Yeh toh sabko sunna chahiye." A failure, a risky decision, an odd shortcut. One moment beats ten achievements.

Say why it matters to the viewer. This is where most hosts slip. Don't just praise the guest. Connect their story to the listener's life. "If you're starting a small business and feeling stuck, this one's for you."

Be honest about your own reason. Why did you invite them? Maybe they said something that stayed with you. Maybe their story felt familiar. Real reasons sound real. Viewers can tell when you're just being polite.

Keep it conversational. Don't read it. Speak like you're telling a friend over chai. Short sentences. Natural pauses. If you stumble a little, leave it in. It sounds human.

Don't give away the best part. Tease it. "Ek baat unhone aisi boli jo main abhi tak soch raha hoon." Now people have a reason to watch the full episode.

Here's a simple formula you can reuse:

  1. Who they are, in one line.

  2. What they went through.

  3. Why it matters to you, the viewer.

  4. A small hint of what's coming.

That's it. Thirty seconds, and your audience knows why this episode deserves their time.
